• Evaluation du débit de filtration glomérulaire par l’une des 3 formules suivantes: Cockcroft, MDRD ou CKD-Epi
• Hémodyalise : compte tenu de son élimination, le produit doit être administré après la séance les jours d’hémodialyse
• DPCA : Dialyse péritonéale continue ambulatoire
